So, being here in Tucson — alone with just my oldest grandson — I have had a chance to gradually relax into slow. I am loving it. I feel as if I am giving myself a chance to unfold and expand into something a little bit more.

A Thermal Image of Myself?

I really want to take care of myself. But I feel as if I was absent when “they” taught Emotional Hygiene. Sigh, does anyone teach that? You say it is mentioned in the Bible — You call it speaking the Truth in Love. Hm. I just never thought about speaking the truth in love to myself! That sounds so obvious.

And, I have just finished Malcolm Gladwell’s latest book, David and Goliath. I think Gladwell has done more to add to my collection of Cognitive Maps than another writer I can think of.

The Greening Healing Force

Those aren’t bad things. But, they are fatiguing things. This last year I have borrowed from my Body’s Bank — my Energy Reserves — in order to do what I felt needed to be done. Now it is time to repay my Body and perhaps my tired Soul. Yes, it is Time to Restore, God.
