Good Morning, God!
I saw this bright colored hibiscus yesterday and whipped out my camera to capture it for Kit. I was remembering the time I showed him a glorious hibiscus bush in full bloom — showed it to him for him to admire — and he said dismissively: It’s WHITE”!
Who would have known that preferring colors would preclude appreciation for white? But perhaps that is why men are always saying “You HAVE to prioritize”! So linear! So non-comprehendible! Like: how could a mother “prioritize” her children?
Oh, oh. Yes, God, You point out to me how blessed I am that I have never had to make that kind of really hard choice. Yes, we DO have to prioritize — we cannot do it all. But, it comes to me: WE CAN DO MORE THAN WE THINK WE CAN.
Hmmm. Actually, it is much more complex than that because I can do BOTH More and Less than I think I can. The Sabbath Day of Rest is essential. And when I cheat, I feel it. Now I LONG to keep it as my GIFT to myself — a Gift from You, God. That’s a GOOD Less.
At the same time, I have yet to succeed (read: failed) in creating a supportive structure that will help me with keeping on top of all my stuff — my wildly expanding, multiplying, proliferating — stuff.
A compounding factor is that I over-reward myself for things DONE and under-value and under-reward myself for STRUCTURE and for CLEAR DECKS! Hmm. Part of the problem is that I don’t know how to create a structure that WORKS for me.
Ah, but,God. It is a NEW DAY! And I have another shot at CREATING a SPACE STRUCTURE that will SUPPORT ME! Let’s GO!

Just came from a healing conference today; the last session was on clearing, energy and feng shui. On the plus side, there was a lot to think about, such as we feel more energetic when there is less clutter. It begs the question, however what does one purge with wild abandon? What about your books? Pictures? Its hard to do!
