Safe and Sound

So, in being thankful for my husband surviving another marathon I come nose to nose with the self induced nature of stress and that unpleasant fact that I have been given both authority AND responsibility over my life/mind/thoughts/fears etc. An incredible gift, yes! But one I really don’t want to accept. But, I am willing to become willing to accept it. Mostly.
